strength beyond its appearance
beauty in expectance.
not without fear
for it does not adhere
to rules of man
for with his hand
tries to resist its force
but with a toss
falls flat with failure
what we hold dear
stable and constant
might fall through in an instant
dreaded drum of life
upturns every constant
all but One
of love grace and mercy
the one who is so lovely
holds true, a wave
strength beyond appearance
